Did you know ?

Fetch is a geographic and meteorological term which describes the length of water over which a given wind blows and thereby creates movement. Fetch length, along with the wind strength, determines the size of waves produced. The longer the fetch, the larger the resulting swell. And if there is no fetch, there are no waves. Therefore, more fetch surf concept equals better surfing.

Hard Beat

Quickly improve your cardiovascular performance with this fast-moving, super intense, highly motivating session. Burn calories, feel fantastic and enjoy

Flow

Slow down and focus on your flexibility in order to gain a better stretched muscle. Release tension accumulated from surfing- and training sessions.

Stronger

Work on your physical strength. Your movements will be more powerful and explosive, and you compensate for the muscular imbalance surfing causes.

Body Control

Focus on your mobility and stability, improve the range of motion and ensuring correct alignment of your joints. You will learn how to use your body during surfing.

Founder Israel Llansola, a passionate surfer and highly experienced athlete and trainer. He has long promoted the concept that surfing is treated as a sport and profoundly believes that it needs to be trained with discipline and adequate programming.
